It was a wonderful hospitality of Holiday Inn and I really appreciate Mr. Faruk , restaurant manager, because your graciousness is up to the mark on the floor. I also appreciate all other staff who served us today. Wonderful service !

It was a business trip. The stay was wonderfull. Property located in the prime hotspot nearby many business centers.
Staff were courteous. Especially Mr.Saleem (bell man) assisted me with local spots to explore and very helpful.
Much satisfied with the trip and the stay.
Will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel for 25 days and everyone of the staff have been absolutely amazing. Every time I came back. My room was clean and the food was brilliant, saleem and Anwar bell boys, we’re absolutely amazing. They helped me bring in my luggage every time as I had quite a bit with me. The night manager help me resolve a few issues Umar Abdullah. not to forgetting the rest of the staff. There are too many to mention.

I would really appreciate the service of the hotel, its food and mostly Mr. Faruk(restaurant manager) , nice staff to us. I would thank his hospitality from my heart. Thank you, Mr. Faruk for your responsible service.we hope we reach a better position here.

Hotel was under partial restoration.
They gave me a room that vibrates with the chiller and is so noisy.
I moved to another room on the second floor. In the room the ac was broken, the hair blower works for 30 seconds, the fridge does not work.
For breakfast, other holiday inns in riyadh have a takeaway bag to have the option of packing breakfast. This is a standard for all other holiday inn and was still available at the time of this review as i had afriend staying over at a nearby holiday inn. I asked and the staff indicated i needed to pay extra to have the to go option.
