First of all, the hotel staff is fantastic! Very friendly and assist you with everything! A big thank you. They can however not be held accountable for the abominable state the hotel is in. Especially the gym and pool, both located in the basement are well below standard what you might expect. See photos. They also made a mistake as I believe they gave me a smokers room, the smell was dreadful. Would not recommend. Will find a different place next time.

The food was amazing!!!! I absolutely enjoyed it. Omar and Chef Hammed gave an outstanding and memorable service. My best dining experience in Saudi Arabia yet.

Had a week pleasant stay here. The hotel is located in downtime with easy access to shopping areas. The gym is good but opens at 7am. It can considered to open it a bit early. The breakfast spread was adequate and staffs cooperative. Would like to specially mention bellboy Mr. Saleem for his cheerful hospitality and staffs of restaurant Saheed & Masoud for their attention.

Recognition for Diamond Ambassador status.
They upgraded me to a very nice suite and issued amenity points.
Gym looks nice, pool looks inviting.

The buffet for breakfast and dinner was amazing, the staff were really nice and friendly especially Jabber, Nawaz, Rashid, Omar and Chef Babu (dinner staff) and Saheed and Masood (breakfast staff). The rooms too were neatly maintained and clean. Had a really good time here, would probably recommend.
