Thanks to Mr. Shakil and Mr. John for the excellent service at Fairmont Ramla today. The meeting room was top-notch, and setting up the name tags on short notice was much appreciated. Special thanks to Mr. Shakil for his outstanding service all day. The meeting room, lunch, and coffee were fantastic, and the lunch ambiance was truly amazing. Wishing you all the best and keep up the great work!

Fatima deserves a huge appreciation for her outstanding services during the wedding. She was extremely proactive and attentive to all the details of the event, ensuring that everything was in order and nothing was missed. We never had to worry about a thing, as she was always there to assist us with anything we needed. Her remarkable dedication and commitment made our wedding a huge success. I can't thank her enough for making our special day even more memorable.

"WOW" that's was espectacular
my first time in Riyadh and I decided to go to Fairmont hotel to have a lunch. what a lovely place the food was amazing. The staff were great. I have some allergies and they took extreme care of me. They spoiled me with food that wasn't on the menu. The adorable sushi girl sausa prepared me a special dish and the pastry chef Amer made me a kunafa that was incredibly delicious. A chef, Gisela I think, approached. to ensure that everything is perfect, the truth is it was an incredible experience. The service staff was so warmly and polite The hotel is beautiful and they take care of the details. I loved the lobby.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the 369 restaurants at Fairmont Riyadh, and I must say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was not just delicious but also offered outstanding cuisines from all over the world, making it a delightful culinary journey.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff especially Ghoneim. His friendly demeanor and eagerness to help us understand the cuisines and menu choices made our dining experience even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond, always offering assistance in any way possible.
To Ghoneim, if you happen to read this, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for your warm welcome and exceptional service. You truly made our visit memorable.
