"WOW" that's was espectacular my first time in Riyadh and I decided to go to Fairmont hotel to have a lunch. what a lovely place the food was amazing. The staff were great. I have some allergies and they took extreme care of me. They spoiled me with food that wasn't on the menu. The adorable sushi girl sausa prepared me a special dish and the pastry chef Amer made me a kunafa that was incredibly delicious. A chef, Gisela I think, approached. to ensure that everything is perfect, the truth is it was an incredible experience. The service staff was so warmly and polite The hotel is beautiful and they take care of the details. I loved the lobby.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the 369 restaurants at Fairmont Riyadh, and I must say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was not just delicious but also offered outstanding cuisines from all over the world, making it a delightful culinary journey. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff especially Ghoneim. His friendly demeanor and eagerness to help us understand the cuisines and menu choices made our dining experience even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond, always offering assistance in any way possible. To Ghoneim, if you happen to read this, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for your warm welcome and exceptional service. You truly made our visit memorable.

I would like to express my sheer delight and satisfaction following my recent visit Fairmont. I must admit, I am at a loss for words to adequately capture the extraordinary experience I had at your buffet. From the moment I stepped in, I was awe-struck by the elegance and ambiance of the place. The meticulous attention to detail in the decor and layout truly created a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere that set the stage for a memorable dining experience. The highlight of my visit undoubtedly was the exquisite array of delectable dishes that were on offer. The food was not only visually appealing but also bursting with flavor, showcasing the culinary expertise of your chef. Every bite was a culinary delight, and I found it challenging to pick a favorite from the wide selection available. Moreover, I must commend the impeccable service provided by your staff. Every team member I encountered was attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfection. In particular, I would like to extend special regards to Hany, whose exceptional service truly stood out and added an extra layer of warmth to my visit.

I will start with huge regards to Arlyn, wonderful and amazing service. I will recommend this buffet due large variety of very nice options. All are just perfect. Coffee, dates, salads & well organized are something unique.

A wonderful buffet that is okay, the location is beautiful, the variety of food items is good, drinks are available in all types, the rating is 7/10 and the service is more than wonderful to be honest. Special thanks to Olga for her service. She made her tired with us.
