Excellent place to stay at after home. All services and amenities are perfect. Staff are very helpful, kind and ready to help. Everything available in room to make one’s stay perfect. One of the best hotel to stay in Riyadh. Highly recommended

Staying here for work twice a month and it is always a pleasant stay. Ibrahim at breakfast is particularly nice and helpful. It’s a bit far out depending on where one has to go in Riyadh, but great hotel to stay for business trips.

We had our Corporate iftar annual event at Fairmont. Spread was nice but could have been better managed. Was the gathering mire than the event managers expected? At the soup counter bowls were missing and replenishment at various counters were slow too

If you notice the reviews in their entirety, you'll notice 2 things :
1.) The reviewers giving this particular hotel a 5 Star rating usually only have one or a couple of reviews to their name.
2.) That anytime there's an issue out of the ordinary with the way things are run at this establishment, the management at this particular hotel cannot or will not resolve it.
As an Accor Member who stays at their affiliated hotels around the World, it's a pretty sad state of affairs at this particular location. I'd advise travelers from the USA & Europe to be aware of this situation, should they find a spanner in the works during their stay in Riyadh at this particular hotel.

The 365 restaurant was one of the best experiences that I have ever had traveling abroad. The food was spectacular and the service was absolutely outstanding. I was completely blown away by the amazing entrees. My only regret is that it was all so delicious I ate way too much because I was unable to stop. The host/server was especially attentive, warm and welcoming. He took the time to show me everything and made great suggestions. The head chef and manager even came by my table and personally thanked me. If you ever stay at the Fairmont in Riyadh, go down to the ground floor and experience this place for yourself. You won’t regret it!
