Had an amazing experience tonight at the Fairmont, Riyadh. The food was lovely at The 365 restaurant, the chefs know how to do their thing. Don was exceptional, made us really good grilled lamb chops and a nice birthday gesture with his team. Then met Hany (who we share birthday tomorrow 1/10) and the Somali American brother (sorry the name has slipped off, they were both kind and we signed up with Fairmont hotels rewards.

I dined with a friend at The 365 restaurant. Overall excellent service from the staff and particularly from Chef Don and ho paid attention to our needs and provided what we needed. I mentioned once it was my friend’s birthday the next day. Without hesitation, the staff and he presented her with a small cake and sang for her. Immensely satisfied and definitely will be returning another day. Thank you The 365 and Fairmont.

Excellent hotel. Stayed there for work and the service was impecable with great food and modern rooms. Especial thanks to Mr. Ibrahim from the restaurant. Made dinner very welcoming and relaxing.

The Fairmont Riyadh team have my stay thus far so super special from Mahmoud taking care of all my needs in the room, to the amazing waiter Ibrahim in the 365 restaurant and Ramsay the chef whom grilled the most amazing seafood for me tonight. The service is truly exceptional and everyone has gone out of their way and beyond to treat me like royalty. I am very grateful and privileged to be able to stay here. I spent several weeks living in the Fairmont and I could not recommend it more highly. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly helpful and welcoming. In particular, Chef Don and Ibrahim in the restaurant and Arnold in the spa really helped the hotel feel like home.
