Expected a good standard, but was better than expected. All staff very friendly and helpful, but a stand out was Arife the laundry supervisor was excellent and could not have been more helpful. Rooms.are spacious and well appointed, and irvwas a good stay. Location is very good for the exhibition centre.

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Qurtuba in Riyadh. The hotel was clean and modern, and my overall experience was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I especially want to thank Haitham, who was in charge of the hotel cafeteria, for his exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Riyadh

Convenient location close to airport.
Rooms are clean and quiet.
Great service from restaurant staff with clear focus on customer satisfaction. Mr. Mutier from breakfast service staff is a great example.

Spent three nights here on work. I must say that although the room cleanliness etc were good, the two rooms I had (requested room to be changed after the first night as the noise emanating from the aircon even at the minimum fan/circulation speed was as loud as a steam engine and I had no real sleep at all). At the same time there was zero natural light in the room as there was only a sliver of glass for a window. Rest were all walls and bright fluorescent - like light. The second room the next day was a bit better, but the hot water in the shower ended in under 5 minutes. Not at all pleasant after a long day of work. The staff at the restaurant were great and very charming and helpful. Haithem at the Bridge Lounge was particularly great and made excellent meal recommendations as I waited to leave for the airport. The gourmet Wagyu hamburger was delicious & filling.
