There was no way to turn the TV off in my room so it was on all night when I was trying to sleep. They charged my credit card the full security deposit amount (rather than placing a hold) at checkin, and it’s been almost three weeks since I’ve checked out and after tens of emails they still have not managed to refund to me the excess charged. Beware!

The best hotel and stay we had in Riyadh! It made our trip quite memorable. The service, food and the individuals working there were so kind and welcoming. They always did what they could for not only myself but for my baby too! I just didn't want to leave. Thank you to all the staff in Fairmont Riyadh for making our stay the best! We will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at Fairmont Riyadh and I have to say that my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The front office staff were particularly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless and tidy throughout my stay.
The hotel's facilities were also top-notch, with a well-equipped gym and a beautiful spa area.
Overall, I highly recommend Fairmont Riyadh to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city. The hotel's exceptional service and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you, Fairmont Riyadh, for the wonderful experience!"

I would rate it 5 starts . The staff are awesome and very helpful. Very cozy and the services are perfect. If by any chance , any other competitors swing by here to review the comments , I would suggest you bring your staff here to watch and learn for the guys here . Kudos to the entire staff at Fairmont Riyadh . Keep up the great work. By the way , this is my first day and I still have 3 more nights to go - hope not to change my mind .. ha ha ha . Just kidding.

The staff are professional. Service is exceptional. The room service and cleaning is superb. The breakfast have a great variety and the restaurant staff are so helpful and smiling. Fairmont nailed 100 star for there staff ??. I wish they can include spa for ladies to be operated all year.
