My team and I enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast buffet is excellent and staff are wonderful. Especially, Asad took great care of us, always attentive, patient, kind and serving us with a smile. Excellent client service! We will definitely come back and recommend our service to our friends and colleagues

A beautiful hotel, but lacks professionalism in dealing with guests..
I have many bad experiences with this hotel and I do not see serious interest in the opinions of guests or any kind of improvement !!.. The rooms are beautiful and organized, but the small size and bad view are faulty..The worst thing about the hotel is the reception that does not serve the customer in any way. Provision of the appropriate room at the right time and when you requested to see the manager on duty, “Raja” is usually not present !!
The air ventilation is not good and you can smell the food in the corridors..
I recommend nearby hotels in this area..

Worth the visit!!!
Best hotel I have ever been, from service to food, quality, etc..
And oh! Don’t forget to try their restaurants, very delicious and clean! Especially the Friday brunch, it’s amazing ?
I wish I can just live there!

Requested housekeeping to have the room cleaned. Received excellent service from the hotel staff named Mubashir. He was thorough and thoughtful in managing a swift and detailed servicing of the room. Keep up the amazing work!! Your staff is attentive and fantastic and makes our stay fabulous

Best stay specially for Business being located in the Digital city it’s mins. Away to many companies.
The Reception team and the entire team are super friendly and helpful & the room is spacious and always at its best.
GYM facility is 24 hours and is super sufficient as a hotel GYM
