It was my first time visiting this hotel and i was surprised with the amazing experience that i had. From the beginning till my last day everything was perfect, the room was well cleaned and the staff were very friendly.
I had lunch at mosaique and this restaurant honestly deserves a 5 stars , the food was very well cooked, i loved the salads they were so fresh, the service was really good specially Mr. Menhem he was so helpful and respectful he helped us a lot during the lunch he made sure that we were served in the best way ,very professional !
Hope to visit again

Rooms are big well designed but i feel. it could be better
services are excellent, nice gym and the hotel has 3 or more restaurants.
location is good in center of Riyadh but you will need a car for anything outside the hotel.
the hotel is very busy during week days because it considered one of the business hubs in Riyadh.

I recently visited a charming cafe in Crown Plaza and was amazed at how nice, clean, and quiet it was. The staff was friendly, the food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere felt cozy and inviting. I had a great experience here! The coffee selection was extensive and they also had a variety of good tasting food. I highly recommend this cafe if you are looking for a place to relax or just grab something tasty to eat. Highly recommended!

In fact, this is my second time here. An invitation to attend a conference.
The hotel is large, wonderful and tidy. It is considered a major conference center here in Riyadh. ?
Good things:)
- The staff is wonderful and professional at work.
- The halls are large and spacious.
- Easy access to location of the hotel.
- Variety of food options.
- Many beautiful sittings in the lobby.
The negatives:(
- the staff are nice but don't smile much. - There has not been much renewal since the last visit.
- The food is delicious, but the second day was the best, the steak was beautiful, it was not available the first day.
Of course I look forward to a visit next year ?????

Very good hotel. Services are beyond the expected level. Especially the gym, breakfast in the restaurant and in-room dining. Highly recommend shrimp burger (not in the menu) and lobster soup. Restaurant team energized every morning (Asad, David and Mahir): totally unique atmosphere when you’re away from the family.
