Just received a call from an employee at the hotel
He told me that the hotel will be closed
during my confirmed booking timings !
When I requested a formal email stating what the phone call was about the employee said he will let the management know about my request !
I called the manager ( i know his number because i had another issue previously 👎🏼) he said that he will investigate it and will let me know Whats going on …
Very weird experience with this hotel .
I really regret ever considering booking my stay at riyadh with them. 👎🏼

Alhamdulillah, it was great experience, Mohammad Sohag Hossain House keeping supervisor was great support throughout the stay and Manager Osama was great help always. In Sha Allah will come back.
