I am a IHG Diamond member. I am writing this review after my 3rd stay, it is not based on bad experience. Customer service is low. The staff’s understanding of Diamond members privileges is negligent. The only good thing about this hotel is the location if you work at the RDC, otherwise, do not stay here.
I also realized that there is almost never a duty manager on his desk. I have requested the duty manager twice at different times of the day, and they were always missing (I took a pic at 8:45am)
Some staff members are good and they try their best. Food is good, the gym is good, the atmosphere is acceptable. A LOT can be done here especially for regulars.

This was by far the nicest hotel I have ‘lived-in’ for a short period; the facilities are quite frankly immaculate. The food, especially the breakfast buffet is genuinely the best I’ve ever eaten; the selection is so vast. Most importantly however, are the people, every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. There are two individuals who I’d like to give a specific mention - Raja, the housekeeping manager was such a genuine man, who always engaged in great conversation to ensure I was happy and had everything I needed. The other, was Michael, who serviced my room pretty much every day, with a big smile, and going out of his way to make sure I had everything, i was comfortable, and always asking if he could do more. Raja and Michael, thank you for helping me to feel at home. All the best my friends!

Breakfast restaurant is wonderful. The food is varied and well prepared, the ambiance is beautiful and the service is outstanding. Bernard and others on the team are polite and very helpful. They make you feel like you are an honored guest in their home!

The hotel is a beauty to behold.
I enjoyed the lunch at wildfire grills. To be honest if you want some grilled meat you need to pop up here.
Did I say the service from the team was amazing. Thank you to @Eazzy and Rolex and the whole team for the great work you are doing.

We used this hotel and conference centre for training purposes and the conference rooms were large and well equipped. Excellent service from the venues team, especially Rafi. The venue is massive with lots of space for small group conversations - although it can take a while to gather everyone back and some teaching rooms might be in a long corridor futher away from open spaces. My only negative comment is that this hotel does not offer swimming facilities for female guests.
