I visited the hotel many times recently and had an amazing experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed.
In addition, the hotel is a great place to have a coffee and relax. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it an ideal spot to unwind after a long day of work or exploring the city.
During my visits, Ainul went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He followed up with me regularly to make sure I had everything I needed and was always available to answer any questions I had.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

Everything is as written by previous guests. Why I give 1 star less is because the price is higher for IHG members. When trying to extend for one extra night I would have to pay double compared to what I paid online. Isn’t it strange that guest courtesy stops when the hotel reaches it’s capacity? Either you are full or you have rooms. But don’t change the rates for IHG members.

One of the most fabulous hotel destinations i have ever visited in my long career life.
Breakfast at Moasique was super, reception and staff are fantastic, rooms are fascinating, amenities are super.
If you are coming to Riyadh for a business trip definitely this is your number 1 place to stay in.
One note, during my stay i have accidentally hurt my finger i needed a first Aid kit >> they send me an AI robot to my room with the kit in matters of seconds :)

This hotel is located close to the new convention center.
The rooms are pretty big, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast had a nice variety.
Reaching the place and going around is really subject to the traffic, which is hectic.
There is an outside seating with some live chill music.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were large, clean and had all the amenities one would want. The bed was especially comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant had a huge buffet for breakfast and dinner, and there was a wide variety of food that all was delicious. Best of all the service was excellent, especially the service of Khowor during my after-fast dinner. I definitely will return to this hotel and would highly recommend it.
