I came here for a business trip, the hotel is nice overall and breakfast has a wide range of options. The waiters are attentive and polite. Shahid in particular was great.

I have stayed for 2 weeks and everything was great. The breakfast and lunch options are delicious and always changing. The service at the restaurant is always great and consistent. I was served by Shahed many times and he is always helpful.

Christian is has an outstanding service he is so welcoming and cheerful. Fast service, when we called them right before our flight they directly booked for us a car to pick us from the airport. The walls require insulation to prevent noise from outside entering. The bathroom contains a see-through window that faces the room, causing discomfort. Even though there is a curtain, it fails to completely conceal the window.

Excellent as always. Service crew makes effort to remember your preference and goes the extra mile to make the stay a comfortable one. Special thank you Gio for the awesome service and keeping the lounge cozy and comfortable for both work and relax. And Jems (housekeeping) for keeping the smile along the corridors and of course, the room clean and tidy.

I recently attended a Tech/Business meeting at this venue and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The parking fees are exorbitant, charging a staggering 30 SR per hour. Considering that most attendees need to spend at least 4 to 5 hours for such events, this adds up to a hefty expense. To put it in perspective, I've been to conferences at other venues like the RITZ Carlton where parking was not only free but also efficiently organized. Moreover, the lack of clear directions within the facility was frustrating. Upon arrival, there was no one at the main lobby reception, making it challenging to locate the respective meeting room. The absence of proper signboards or directions only compounded the issue. Additionally, finding the elevators to access the basement parking was another ordeal. Overall, I cannot recommend this venue for any Tech/Business meetings. The parking fees, poor organization, and lack of clear directions make it an inconvenient choice for such events. I hope the management takes steps to improve these aspects for future guests.
