Very arrogant staff. Top and middle management is sleeping while bangla people are actually managing everything very poorly at this hotel. Tasteless food. No Room service. There are many hotels around near haram which provide better value for money. Very disappointed and definitely not recommended.

Had a nice experience in general. My visit was during Hajj times so place was crowded. Catering services at Restaurant needs improvement. Desk staff should equipped themselves with some basic English speaking.

Very small rooms, even though we needed a triple bed, we got 4 beds which made the room even smaller. You can not even walk in the room, this is how tight it is. Cleaning is not that great, you need to explicitly ask for your room to be cleaned. Clicking on the clean my room button does not help. Need to inform the receptionist. Location is convenient though.
