My experience is solely with the restaurant, because I was staying in another hotel that didn't serve dinner. I was very satisfied with the excellent service at the Raffles Restaurant, in particular Mr. Iqbal and his colleagues were incredibly kind and welcoming. I loved the turkish Dolma's, the biryani and the moroccan tajine. The service and welcoming is excellent, as a result I had dinner at this restaurant every day and I will definitely be back at my next visit.

It was very nice newly renovated rooms , nice cosy and clean. Very good breakfast. I forgot to metion the personlization and the detail to attention was amazing. Like they send frozen yogurt to our room with the cutomization according to how my kids like it with there individual names on it. Felt like i was in fareast . Keep it up guys. I was checking in other Accor hotel in the same tower but now Me and my family are all yours.

Fantastic hotel/palace I would recommend to anyone, really! Staff is good and customer-oriented. There is nothing they wouldn't be ready to help you do, or obtain. Mr. Ahmed a.k.a *Mr. Nice Smile* 😄 & Mr. Chakiri are just two fantastic human beings. They've made our trip really enjoyable!!
