Worst price to quality ratio I have ever seen. Although the hotel is good compared to other hotels nearby, but the extra price you pay is not worth it.
Pros:
Close to the Masjid
Rooms are bigger.
Cons:
Getting to the hotel is like playing a maze. If you are lucky to find the entrance from the parking lot you will have to take an elevator to find the reception.
Very expensive compared to what they offer.
Although the room is reserved for 3 people and 3 people checked in, they only allowed 2 for breakfast and sohour.
Check-in experience is terrible. Besides the fact that I had to wait a while with my elders, they double charged me and I had to argue with them for a while and showed them the receipt from Booking.com. Even though, they had to call a supervisor in order to fix this problem which also took time.
They did not give us keys to the room because they had a technical problem. They also did not offer to send the keys to our room. What a service from a hotel that charges you 4 times than normal and are not willing to send someone with a key to fix their mistakes!
