Only one problem we had during our stay is that Wi-Fi/internet network only worked in the outside living room and there was no connection in the bedroom. We had a very hard time in with internet connection in our bedroom. Everytime we had to go in living room if we want to use internet.Went to the concierge they were not able to help just asked us to disconnect and connect again which did not help. Other than that everything was wonderful.

I personally loved this hotel and enjoyed my stay here. It was very neat and organized. Their hotel stuff had an amazing service like restocking the toiletries consistently. The buffet had really nice choices as well as freshly made food right in front of you. The location was just wonderful right in front of the Kaaba. The manger Mohammed Atta was very helpful to me and my family and treated us to the utmost respect and service. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and whoever is visiting Makkah.

One of the best if it wasn’t the BEST experience I’ve ever had in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Raffles pays attention to every detail to provide you with the most unforgettable experience of your life. My grandmother, who is over 80 years old, was too stunned to speak with the breath-taking view of Alharam from this hotel. Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel, from the manager to the bellboy, for making this trip so memorable.

Excellent breakfast, amazing service and very clean rooms. My only concern was the shower! It was the shower with no room and open to the toilet seat. I would recommend they close it

Beautiful hotel, right at the door step of Haram. Have an in-built mosque as well that looks over the Haram on the podium level. Stayed 3 nights; loved everything about the place!
