Location- Fantastic, less than 5 min walk to Masjid an-Nawabi. Room- Unclean market, old furniture broken and ruined here and there, washrooms didn’t have cold water only hot (very hot indeed), taps were leaking continuously. It is apparently 300 years old. I wish at least it was maintained as a historical hotel or something. Service- no room service for food, reception is mostly vacant, and regular cleaning is done only when you insist. For this price, a little more hygienic would be expected to say the least.

The location of the hotels was very good but the hotel rooms were very antique and the restrooms were not clean at all. There was rust everywhere and the toilets were just not clean. I asked for a refund for the days I was not staying but they refused multiple times even after I contacted my agent. I would advise against staying here because there are better hotels for similar prices. The pictures of the hotel are also misleading. The room I got looked nothing like any of the pictures

When we arrived we were sent to the 14th floor which they were still building. There were no room numbers on the doors. Most of us suffered from bad allergies with dust and loud construction work. For new rooms the beds felt well used. The shower drain doesn't work adequately so the whole floor and basically everything in the bathroom gets wet and drains into a larger drain under the sink, making it very slippery for falls. I had shower slippers and still fell. The window doesn't close all the way so everything below can be heard. Don't expect breakfast. It is there but not worth it. Worst hotel I have stayed in near the masjid. Pay the extra money and do Move n Pick or somewhere better. You get what you pay for.

Waiting from 3:00 pm to 5:20pm to receive the room. Room smelly. Housekeeping team is trying their best but of course they are not enough that is the main reason for receiving the room after two hours. Room is very old, furniture is damaged. Bathroom is leaking, same like old grandpa’s bathroom. Towels and linens are very clean which is the only advantage in the room. Hotel is very near to Masjed Nabawi

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is near the Prophet’s mosque and that there’s a very nice Bin Dawood in the basement nearby where you can buy many good things…other than that 1. The furniture inside the rooms is very old and in sub standard condition. 2. The front desk staff is not very friendly, which is surprisingly against the common thinking of the people that the residents of Madina are very polite and respectful. 3. Nobody would come and clean your room, normally the room service staff comes and cleans the room but no such service was available here.
