Al Madinah Harmony Hotel

Location is good as close to haram @ 5min walk. But all other services not up to the mark. Long time to check in. Room service was non responsive nor the reception. No complementary tea was available in the room. Toiletries were really insufficient. Room carpet was really dirty & no toilet shoes were available.

If the hotel rooms were less than one star, I would have given them, unfortunately, bad mattresses and zero cleanliness. Dobby and I keep it and I find old milk in the cupboard. I don’t know from when + there are no things that we usually get in hotels, the closest of which are towels and slippers, and this iron is not the bad smell in the room and the electric sockets are not working and the bathroom chair There is mold and I ask to change the room. You say there is no possibility and we will not change the room because you found milk, sorry. You did not take the right to the room, for the comfort of the customer as long as you can't provide the customer with comfort. Why open a hotel? I am now in the hotel and it is bad for safety and I will not repeat the experience

الفندق يمشي الحال بس المكيف ما يبرد كويس و ماء الحنفية بالحمام الله يعزكم ضعيفة مرة و السجادة مغبرة و متوسخة و التلفون الارضي ما شغال بوفيه الافطار اقيمه سيئ لان السخانات مو شغالة، الاكل بارد و كان في سمك مقلي كله زيت اتمنى الاهتمام بشأن النظافة و الاكل بس الفندق يمشي حال ?
