We enjoyed our staying a lot at this hotel. We feel like home. The stuffs are very caring and serve at their best. Restroom is not that big compared to hotel standard. Room service is also good. Would like to visit again InshaAllah. Chef anirban and chef Abrar was in charge during our time. Their hospitality will be always remembered.

The food was absolutely awesome, Everything was very well prepared! I will definitely recommend coming here! The food is fresh and is really appetising, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. This is the best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel. Certainly recommend coming here, the pancakes were amazing!

Update *** our refund has been issued *** Our stay was a bit difficult for 2 reasons. 1. Our room smelled like cigarettes, but that was resolved after 1 night by giving us a new room 2. We were charged for an extra bed, even though we should not have, because we are members. Upon check out we were assured about a refund . But it’s been 30 days and no refund so far . I have reached out to the hotel twice Other than that , location was good, service, food, facilities were all good

We are delighted with the service, both reception and room service, and especially with the breakfast guys, especially Najimol. He is very attentive to us when we go down to breakfast and always tries to help us. In room service I would also like to highlight the splendid work of Ismail as he was also very helpful to us. The rooms are very clean, the service is top 10, the best views…

The breakfast was amazing and our server shahidul was awesome 5/5 on that, however the room itself was an atrocious experience especially the bathroom. The design is horrible, the bathroom is designed in such a way that you can’t sit on the seat straight and the shower head is facing the shower door which means the bathroom is flooding whenever you take a shower and there was always a rancid smell coming from the drains that would overtake the entire bathroom since the first day which made me sick, the flush broke a couple times over our stay as well. The bathrooms definitely need some heavy remodeling. This is definitely no 5 star hotel and was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever encountered.
