Amazing experience. Rooms were a bit conjusted with 4 beds which makes it lose 1 star but overall ambiance was great. Also, the suhoor buffet at floor M1 under Mr.Yasir’s management was fantastic with Mr.Shahab being there always to help us out.

Visited again. One of the best location to access Haram. Wheelchair accessible. Attentive and helpful and kind staff. Special thank you to few of the staff members at the check in desk. I applaud you and thank you. Good selection of food Extremely busy hotels. Rooms cleaner and bed comfortable

Guest service below expectations. Access is only allowed at check-in time, despite the availability of rooms confirmed by the receptionist. Upgrade cannot be made on my account for the same reason. There is no one following up on room requests. Bag carry request was delayed for half an hour, and it turned out the request was only recorded on paper and forgotten. An experience that will not be repeated. It's great that they continue to express their apologies and strive for your satisfaction. That's why I have given them a one-star rating on Google because they acknowledged their mistake. The remaining stars will come after they improve their service. When I presented my complaint to the on-duty manager, he said, "I am aware of your issue," and then proceeded to tell me a different story that was not related to my situation. I told him that this was not my story, and he apologized, saying that the stories had become similar to him, but it was the same response the employee gave you, anyway. Oh God, help me bear with this.

I had a wonderful time at this restaurant hotel. The waiter name as MD Jahid was very attentive and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. He was also very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us some great recommendations. The food was delicious and the service was fast. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dining experience.

Hotel services are less than in previous years. Jazz is off and room services are less, such as tea and pen. Shaving supplies, etc., were not provided, and we were told to book breakfast even though it was not stipulated in the contract with Murabahat Time Share Company.
