The hotel is okay. Rooms are good but small. Washroom is smaller and not well structured. Staff service is really good. Food is of vast variety although I haven't been able to find anything on the menu that I truly enjoyed. It has an indoor starbucks as well.
The location is really not good as the traffic in this area is horrible no matter what time of the day it is. There's no good place at walking distance nearby either. Good for business trips but not personal accommodation in my opinion

hotel is good but it is a shame that the employees are very noisy and shout at 8 am in the corridors waking everyone up when they are cleaning. 0 noise respect for the customers. I had to change my room. And despite I'm diamond elite member they give me a really low class room for the quality standards of this hotel. Not very happy at all, I would not repeat. Also internet service is really bad to connect with europe.

So, I stayed at Voco for almost 1 month and this actually exceeded all my expectations. Starting from the greeting, breakfast, location till the communication with the guests went quite well. Only 1 remark: as the non-smoker and sensitive for tobacco smell, tobacco smell was spreading via AC system into my room and that was unpleasant of course. But the rest was amazing and I enjoyed the stay at this property. I'd like to thank all staff and management of this hotel for such a great ambiance, created for the guests.

A truly 5star experience. A place to be.
Absolutely wonderful staff, array of delicious intercontinental dishes, large collection of fruits.
Fantastic gym, pool and spa. Very spacious and comfy rooms to make your stay truly memorable.
It's a home away from home.

Good Hotel. I was staying there for like 10 months. Waiter from horizon restaurant Saqib and Ahmed are so polite giving good service to guests.
