Very good comfortable having lot of conference rooms with the names of all cities of Kingdom. Good food easy access. Parking space is little bit short. Staff is user friendly.

Firas at the front desk is amazing. I booked my room last minute and in a hurry so I was not sure what I had booked exactly, Firas was such a great help and so friendly. The rooms are clean and wide, room service food is fast but below average for its high price. I enjoyed a lot, would recommend to others. Thank you Voco.

I was disappointed with the service and lack of hospitality and unwelcoming behavior presented by Mr. Jamal. I was setting in the lobby Rotanda at 12:15 pm during the meeting break time, waiting for the lunch to be served. Mr. Jamal came to me and asked me to order something. I said no thanks as I am about to have my lunch. He asked me to leave because I am not going to order anything!
The fact is this is the first time in my life being asked to leave a place, while the lobby was empty and not crowded!!
So shameful to be treated like this in the country of hospitality!! He Also brought the French Operation Manager to repeat the message of “kicking me out”.
I even spoke to Ms. Rana Hadi who did nothing. She said come afternoon and you will be satisfied. When I came to her, she also did nothing!!
No senses of hospitality!!!

My stay at the hotel was excellent! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. I was impressed by the hotel's amenities, which included a gym, pool, and spa. The location was convenient and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide assortment of options. Overall, this hotel offers an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Stayed here for over a month. The room is fine, breakfast is great but the lady's gym is a disaster! Tiny with the limited variety of equipment and located in the basement considering the fact that the men's one has nice view and natural light in it. The lady's gym has also limited operational time so if you're a working woman you might struggle getting there while men's gym is open 24/7! Why are ladies so underprivileged in this hotel?
