I had an extraordinary experience today at the VIP table for Ramadan at the InterContinental Riyadh. What truly set my experience apart was the exceptional service of Louise Samson. Throughout the entire time, he served us with genuine care and kindness. His remarkable personality and dedication to serving people made the food and the overall atmosphere even more enjoyable. I am truly grateful to Louise for his outstanding service.

The food was fabulous and the staffs are exceptional in customer service. I am delighted to commend Ms. Aila for her word-class service. She is very attentive, kind and helpful. I will strongly recommend visit and try Intercontinental Hotel-Riyadh to all my friends and colleagues.

I love going to their iftar buffet. This year, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had improved the layout and decoration of their hall, which made it even more enjoyable. However, I did notice that some of the food, like the Jareesh and bread, wasn't as good as it was last year. But I must say that their service is always outstanding! The staff are so hospitable and welcoming, and you can really feel that they care about the quality of their food and service. They are always open to feedback, which is great because it shows that they take their customers' opinions seriously and are committed to improving. Overall, I had a great time and I want to thank the entire team for putting together such a beautiful buffet!

Great hotel in Riyadh. While the building isn’t flashy new, it is very well kept. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding, both in terms of food and service. People are extremely attentive and will always make sure you have everything you need. The Club Lounge is a wonderful addition - a great place to unwind, get some coffee or tea. The team in the lounge, both in the morning and the evening, is so nice! They will soon learn your name and preferences, so as soon. As you step in your favorite coffee or drink will be brought to you. The lounge alone is worth the whole experience.

The services is great especially from Mr. Tri who welcome me in restaurants. All of the restaurant’s staff and manager are in great service.
We also could go to the hotels and they allowed us to drop our luggage in concierge 4 hours before check in and went from breakfast near hotels.
