Executive suite was full of mosquitoes. I couldn’t sleep. Was there for only to spend the night after a domestic flight and a long international to follow. I booked this hotel to have a good sleep before a long flight. Very disappointing that I spent the whole night awake. I did mention this at the check out without being asked. Didn’t expect from a hotel of this standard. Keep your rooms free of mosquitoes.

Stayed several times, in a prime location. Lobby is nice. Best Rooms are in the main building. The staff is friendly, the place is clean.

Service i cant rate
Even after renewal the are careless about cleaning the toilets no one there to check it
The outdoor cafe the service is bad
Actually they treat you like they are paying the bills not giving you a service
Just a few staff and a brand hotel why ?!
They should pay attention more for these details
But the location is the best

Got only a smoking room although I have indicated in my Bonvoy account that I do not want such a room. Could only stay 5min there and returned to the reception. After pushing for another room (hotel was fully book according to the staff) I got another room in the same adjacent building. It smelled as if the whole building was a smoking building until recently. Although the room was indicated as a non-smoking room, the smell was similar to the previous room (not that bad but not comfortable). I stayed finally 1 night because it was midnight already. Also the room was not as clean as it should be for a 5* hotel. Checked out the next day.
Good thing to mention: Breakfast, delicious and big choice.

Most of the time, there’s No Hot Water in the toilet to have a shower, you might have to call the reception most of the time before having shower.
* AC, specifically Fan Cool Unit (FCU), doesn’t cool properly in the day.
* TV channels are so poor
* Restaurant doesn’t have wide varieties in (Main courses, Sweets, and Soups) if you stay for some days you will notice that
