To be honest, I haven't tried out the hotel rooms yet, as I go there to play tennis ? only. For me, it is a good place where you can play tennis. It has two standard courts where you can form four teams, 2 players each.

0 star the hotel looks nice on booking however they mislead people by putting old pics when it was open. Front desk rude and disrespectful. Room smells stain and rusty.

The location next to the corniche is great as you can see the sunset from your room / Sheraton lounge at the top. The decorations are a bit dated but it’s expected from an old hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy. Possible to walk out to the corniche.

- The hotel is nice.
- It has great facilities, but the pool table is non-functional due to missing cushions.
- The breakfast is good, but there's no convenient place to set your plate when collecting food, which affects the overall guest experience.
- The rooms are quite small, with insufficient space to fully open a suitcase.
- The bathroom is also very small, and the toiletries provided are difficult to open and of limited use.

I mainly stay here every 3 months because of location. The hotel is run down a bit and in need of proper maintenance. Food is fantastic and staff very friendly
