The room was great.
The food was so-so, not many options.
The staff at the restaurant were not very responsive. I asked for a baby chair but it didn't come until finally, I asked for it again. When it finally arrived, the staff only gave me the baby chair without taking the initiative to help me move the existing chair to arrange the baby chair.
The staff at the reception were also not very friendly when I asked for help to send drinking water to my room because until almost sunset there was no drinking water sent to my room.
Compared to the hotel I stayed in Makkah (also a 4-star hotel), the service was a downgrade.
The location was great. Easy to access and it only took 3-5 minutes to walk to the Prophet's Mosque.
I booked a Standard Twin Room and they gave me a King Room, which was great.
The staff who served the check-in process were very friendly and seemed to really want to give their best.

Stayed here for over a week with family. One of the few hotels that offered quint rooms.
The location is not bad at all....hardly a 5 to 6 min walk to the entrance of the masjid from the ladies side....gate not 328.
The staff was very polite and helpful in every way.
Used Uber to go the museums and other places...very convenient location for taxis to pick-up and drop.
A lot of food options are available to and from the hotel.

Great location
Super close to shops and Haram.
Breakfast is diverse and worth paying for it. Staff helpful and friendly.
All is good except the fact that the carpets need to be washed. Parking smells like trash. And all the rest looks good.

We were pleasantly surprised at the proximity of the hotel to the Prophet's Mosque. Staff were very cordial and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was outstanding. We had a family room and the bathroom was the only issue we had. The view will only improve with time as construction was taking place across the road.

Hotel experience was good. Bathtubs are very shabby and bathrooms need to be updated and cleaned. As do the carpets in the room. Location is fairly close the the masjid and around lots of shops for good discounts in pricing. However food options are limited around the area but they offer food delivery service as well. Room service is responsive and frequently asked how they can help. Will consider staying here again
