The bathrooms are hostel style. The shower is simply a hand shower mounted on the wall and a shower curtain. There is no bath tub or any division between shower and rest of bathroom. The rooms are extremely small. The service was terrible. We used to beg them to come to clean the room daily. Even when they did come to clean, room was not cleaned properly so eventually towards the end of our stay we just asked them to replace the toilet rolls and drinking water and not clean because it was the same whether they cleaned or did not clean. If you stay here keep your original towel that you used and hang it to dry because they do not replace towels like normal hotel standard. If they take your towels to clean they may not replace it or only replace it with hand towels as they were out of stock of bath towels. Location was not bad at all. About 800m to closest entrance of Haram. Easy walk, no hills. They need to improve the service here at this hotel.

Awesome experience! The stay was beautiful, we even got an upgrade which was great, the staff were friendly and kind; the location is great as well! However, the breakfast buffet was disappointing, the main course dishes were few and not very appeasing. For the price we paid, we expected more; especially since it was an Eid buffet:/ We have had an Eid buffet in 2019, and that was simply amazing, the variety, the decor, everything was extraordinary. Were just very disappointed to find that decrease in standard. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay!

Reception area nice. Reception staff nice. However, the rooms are awful full of dust. Housekeeping only cleaned our room once but even then nominee covers towels or water. Had to call to get it. Very rubbish service for the amount we paid. The lifts are awful and have an awful smell. Would not recommend it.

It's a very nice hotel with very competitive, or arguably best rates in that area. The staff is welcoming, hospitable and courteous. Check in and check out were very smooth. They even gave us our room well before slated check-in time. The location might look a bit far from Haram on Google map, but that's misleading. It hardly takes 2-3 min to get to gate no. 329. Overall it was a very nice experience. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately it wasn’t as i expected. The hotel in reality doesn’t match the photos available when booking the rooms. The rooms maintenance and cleanliness isn’t good at all and i am actually amazed how such a hotel claims to be a 5 stars when 2 stars is considered much for it. Despite the fact above, the reception and the maintenance staff are very sweet and respectful. The toiletry towels are dirty “overused” and should be used for floors and not being put as a new towel. The water heater and iron machine both broken and dirty. The sitting chairs have broken legs and we actually requested them to come and fix it. The sofas in the living room are very dirty. The room designs and colors are very random and placement of furniture in the rooms are very disorganized. The air conditioner is very noisy when turned on and seems to be very old. The flushing machine of the toilet didn’t work and we actually fixed it on our own! We rented a family suite and the lights in the corridor of the suite doesn’t turn off!! We have searched every button in the suite and we even asked the staff and none of them knew how to turn them off!! With all that being said, this hotel is not worth the money spent.
