My family of 5 are staying at this hotel. From reception staff to housekeeping everyone has been very helpful and friendly.
We were given a free upgrade to an executive room 1310 which was a lovely surprise.
The hotel is kept clean and house keeping available daily. The Breakfast buffet does not have a big variety but we always find something delicious and to cater to all ages.
It is in close proximity to the Haram and lots of shops all nearby. Would highly recommend to all.

All of the staff is very considerate and cooperative. I got every amenity that I needed. I have stayed with a toddler and they have made everything comfortable for me. Mr. Masud Rana and Mr. Hasan Mia both are very honest and helpful. Their friendly and respectful behaviour amazed us. We would recommend staying here for any occasion. Thanks for all the stuff, we had a lovely time there.

We stayed for three nights and had no complaints. We even got a free upgrade. May Allah bless.
Furthermore the location was perfect. Everything necessary was near by (Restaurants, Supermarket, Clothes) and the most important thing the Prophet‘s Mosque was only a 5min walk away.

My family stayed in here, it was beautifully clean. Even the guests toilets in the common area were spotless.
Rooms are spacious enough, bathroom is also spacious and clean.
Service was wonderful, very good reception team.
Location is about 10 mins walk from the main mosque.
It's a bit pricey but worth it, also they do do flash sell in bookings so that's not bad.

My family and I stayed at this hotel in February, and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The morning breakfast was a delightful start to each day, and the rooms were not only comfortable but also well-appointed. However, what truly stood out was the impeccable customer service. Every staff member we encountered was not only friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their kindness and readiness to assist made our experience truly memorable.
