We booked two rooms for 8 people
Walked in to the rooms with no towels
When asked for towels they only provided two for 5 people!
Rooms tidy but not clean
Dirty walls and discussing smiley dirty bathroom
This is a 2-3 stars hotel
However the People were polite and trying to help

The hotel was a good size and the bed and bathroom were good sizes. The hotel is close to haram and has plenty of shops around it making it easy to obtain food.
Issues include no fridge in the room, have a minibar which doesn't cool anything.
The ac is a weird system and doesn't work if you don't know how to use a thermostat system.
The elevators are extremely crowded with guests

Professional, friendly staff. Clean room, albeit can be somewhat noisy at times due to other guests activities. Not the hotel's fault. The best thing is it's convenient location close to Masjed Al Nabawi. Approx 7 mins walk. Will stay there again without hesitation. Oh, one criticism. I was charged extra for breakfast, which could have been complementary.

Lovely beach, nice surroundings and clean also with good sound of waves. First time i came here and feel like wanna visit again, specially in beach area with white sand. Parking area, toilet, kids play area and masjid available.

Decent location and rooms but the bath needs replacing. There was no servicing of rooms during my 3 day stay and on arrival there were no towels in the bathroom.
I think with a bit of attention this hotel could easily score higher.
