Hello again ,
This is my third stay at the hotel and took out one star from my previous review as the Fraser team did NOT do a thing regarding my last observations!!!. Though it’s been more than 17 days..
Believe it or not , I stayed at the same exact apartment again. “ 501”
NONE of what I noted fixed , even the simplest thing like tightening a shower hose holder !!!
I will still come again , but watch out for your “ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ “

I will give 5 stars to this beautiful hotel though I do have some observations
This is my 2nd time here btw
Let me start with the check-in process
Pretty fast and professional process . No delay at all
Rooms are pretty clean . Tidy
My concerns are as follows
Some floor tiles are not stable “ they move when you step on them “ like several tiles “
Shower hose handle needs to be tightened
Several locations
Room # 501
But I for sure will come again

Rooms are great. BB is excellent. Big space on the top when the weather is cold. Staff are humbled and professionals. Enjoyed my stay and for sure inshallah will give it another go.

lovely place to stay! the room was very clean, spacious, and had a nice view of the busy street of Riyadh. the mini kitchen was adorable and was very complete with the microwave, cutleries, plates, etc. the amenities are L’Occitane and i couldn’t love it more! they smell soooo good. and the best part is there’s a starbucks in ground floor just next to the lobby that opens until 12:30☕️?
the staff are very nice too and helpful whenever we ask for a help.

Elegant luxurious suits in Riyadh suitable for families and singles. We stayed in Executive Two Bedroom suit. Suit is spacious with full needs and outstanding beds.
Services are on spot.
Parking is available in basement.
Breakfast is average though we were charged high price for additional person.
I didn’t take any pictures.

The food is definitely to my taste. Superb venue for relaxation. The ambiance is peaceful. A home away from home. Instagramable scenery! I would like to keep coming back here. Their waiters are friendly and attentive.
