WOMEN CANNOT use the pool!!!!!
I asked to check out later, and the receptionist told me we could check out at 14h, at 11h30 they called the room saying we had to check out until 12h!!!! Fraser Suites never again!!!!
Breakfast not that good for a 5 star hotel...

I often come here when i feel i need to relax and this place never disappoint me and there is a guy here who host us very nicely so whenever you come do call him on your table his name is Farhan Khan really appreciate your hospitality brother..

Nice hotel, descent location with a good Indian restaurant next door and a small supermarket.
Big swimming pool on top, however the hot tub was not filled with water and the heating for the pool was broken(you can't imagine the water being cold with this climate but it was!)
Breakfast is descent but what really makes the hotel stand out was the staff and especially the front office supervisor; Roaa Bukhari, she went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Wish we saw more people with her mentality! Would definitely stay again!

Spacious premises, located next to Riyadh's main business area. Very good Internet connection which is not often met in Riyadh's hotels. Starbucks is at the same building:)
Also I would like to provide only high remarks to the front office manager Roa! This lady is able to demonstrate outstanding customer centricity, always going extra mile for the client, while maintaining long-term company interests in mind. Amazing balance!
I wish my stuff demonstrated such qualities...

Amazing place in the middle of business centre. Specially the pool area on roof Top, giving you a romantic break away from your stressful life.
Highly recommend to couples to visit it and don't miss the lovely part of your life ? ❤
