do. not. stay. here
services are poor. location is on a steep inclined road. services are unresponsive and really just bad in general, though the people are friendly. no WiFi at all not in the restaurant, room, nor lobby. the elevator takes forever so you're better off using the stairs. the rooms are smelly as hell its as if its not cleaned. if i could rate lower than 1 star, i gladly would

This hotel was displayed as a 4 star hotel, but their standards are not up to the mark..
Prices were HIGH, it was hard to climb the slope to reach the hotel, rooms and toilets were dirty..
Service was not good especially the reception staff were not friendly.
Check-in time was 4PM, but I waited for more than 3 hours to check-in and that too after the heated argument..
You can find lots of hotels nearby for the same price with good service..
The only good thing is close to the Haram sharif.
NOT Recommended..

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in ... less experienced staff... no credit card machine only cash .. filthy rooms .. far from haram old furniture smelly bathroom And much more....
