Please consider this hotel only if you don’t have any options elsewhere in Riyadh!
The rooms are renovated though the services and amenities are really the worst.
Room 811 had a sewage odor, the AC was raucous and could deprive you from sleeping!
The breakfast and dinner (compared to room rate) were good for 1 or 2 stars hotel.
They don’t pickup any phone call or reply on emails.

Stayed for two weeks on business at the end if October. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained by house service. My east facing room on the 4th floor had a great view of the sunrise. Wifi was pleasantly fast and effortless. Best of all however was breakfast buffet a variety of food, drink and fresh fruit that changed regularly and never disappointed. Some of the hotel’s furnishing were a bit old but overall a nice place to stay.

I am staying in this hotel for 6 weeks and after 2 weeks I wanted to give this review.
The staff is so frindly at every facility from reception to the gym, the restaurant staff and the housekeeping staff especially Gulam who can go above and beyond to serve the customers.
The breakfast is very diverse and good quality fresh food.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Really excellent, the facility is clean and well maintained. Many rooms are under renovation. The pool is good. Breakfast is very good. The staff is outstanding. I would like to thank especially Bashar, Gulam and Shahab. Will recommend to everyone

Stayed here for 3 nights for a business trip, friendly and efficient check in, with warning of potential noise from construction work, I didn't hear any noise
My room was clean, with a really friendly room service guy, always smiling and welcoming. Room had a kettle, plenty of bottled water, teas and coffees, and the all important (steam) iron and ironing board.
I didn't use the restaurant, but on site Starbucks was handy.
Health club had a wide selection of equipment, clean and wasn't busy when I needed to use. Did use the pool but appeared to very clean.
Will stay here again on my next visit!
