We had a gathering yesterday and the venue was very clean and spacious. Food was extraordinary. One thing I would like to mention is that the air conditioners weren’t covering the whole venue.

Crown Plaza ,
One of the best hotels if not the best in Riyadh in almalaz district, from reception to room service to even the restaurant.
Khalid the Saudi guy that greets once you enter the restaurant is such a lovely guy , he is a hard worker, respectful, and he’s the type of guy that goes above and beyond to fulfill the resident need .
The chef that gets the morning shift is such a lovely , respectful, and a hard worker type of man .
The chef of the night shift is awesome, he is hard worker , respectful, the best of the best .

5 stars for those who were involved during our event fucntion in the Al-Diriyah Hall many big thanks to Sir Jose, Usman and Raed. Wide selection in the menu and they were flexible with the food selection during the planning phase. Food was flavorful delicious and affordable. Commendation also the chef and the waiters. We enjoyed having the event in your hotel.

Old, location good for activities in southern side of Riyadh.
Nice staff but cleaning needs much more strict procedures.
Bathrooms need really to be renovated.

There are enough car park spots outside.

Great experience in this hotel. Also I would like to thank Captin Khalid in the restaurant, he is helpful, caring and welcoming all the time.
