I have stayed in Riyadh Palace hotel for five weeks off an on since December. The staff are extremely good and the service is genuine and so much appreciated. I would like to give a special mention to Gulam from housekeeping that always looks after me and takes so much care for me to come back to my room and feel so refreshed and calm. Thank you Gulam and the Riyadh Palace Team.

I am swept by the service in Crowne Plaza. Staff is extremely polite and courteous to the guests. I would like to say special thanks to Ghulam, the house keeping staff for his exceptional service. Overall I am very happy with the service and experience provided :).

Highly satisfied with the comfort and service provided by the hotel, I extended my stay for an extra day. The guest relations supervisor, Mr. Rayan, assisted us and offered great suggestions for places to visit in Riyadh. The housekeeping team, especially Rakeeb, did an amazing job keeping the rooms clean. The restaurant staff showcased great talent and served delicious food.

My colleagues and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make us more than comfortable. The food was well above usual hotel standards, the beds were comfortable, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
