What a great hotel and the rooms are fantastic considering the renovations. Great team of staff who are always super helpful and smiling. The breakfast buffet is amazing and their dinner buffet selection is hard to beat for quality and value. They also have a Starbucks counter inside the lobby, what a treat!

Staying at the hotel for more than two months.Rooms are always comfortable and cleaning staff Konsour always make the room a sparking. Good choice for buffet breakfast, reception team is always ready to help staffs.Thhe morning buffet was so good.The buffet chefs Anwar is doing a wonderful job. Overall the stay was good.

I'm in love with this hotel although from the outside it looks a bit old which is true. With a strategic location at the heart of the city and beside Panda hypermarket and restaurants around the vicinity, you'll feel comfortable. And, the management have made total revamp for the rooms and are employing great personnel at all levels. From a welcoming concierge team like Shehab and Mobin, to Reception with a great and welcoming crew as well as amazing housekeeping by Anwar; I'm enjoying my stays at Crowne Plaza which feels like home. Even the restaurant is cozy and opens your appetite led by great chefs. Kudos to the hotel management and keep up the great atmosphere and superb service. ???

The restaurant was set with warm and pleasant ambiance with a very hospitable staff and well manered service. The food was served with wide variety of cuisines which savours our appetite. Sir raymond was very accommodating and helpful with our food request. I wish the crowne plaza more years of success and continue to serve more people of different nation.

Excellent service provided by the staff. Specially kawsar had been exceptionally hospitable and helpful in having me an amazing stay at crown plaza. I stayed here in July this year and Mahin provided me with great room service in a professional and most warm manner.
