Al Shakreen Golden Tulip

My parents recently stayed at this is idk what to name it and was extremely disappointed with the lack of security and response from the staff. During their stay, my mom’s phone was stolen. Despite informing the hotel management immediately, their response was lackluster and unhelpful. The hotel did not take any significant action to assist in recovering my phone or even show genuine concern about the incident. Even they didn’t want to check their cameras. This lack of responsibility and empathy from the staff is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one that claims to offer a safe and secure environment for its guests for Hajj manasek. I urge anyone considering a stay at there to think twice, especially if you value your personal belongings and expect a professional response to any issues that may arise. My experience here was marred by this unfortunate incident and the hotel's poor handling of the situation. I do not recommend this hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel is location and that's it. Spent a single night, but had a bad experience. It was not at all a 3 star hotel, it's just like a heavily used furnished apartment. Rooms are too narrow and congested and same goes for the washroom. Even we can't sit properly on the toilet seat and also can't take shower in a narrow space and top of it there is a poor water draining system, as the water is always keeps on laying on the floor and not getting drained. Highly not recommended even for a single night stay.

O read a lot of reviews about that hotel .. but my experience was really good … from the price in the hottest time of Ramadan .. receptionist cooperation and very friendly attitude specially Mr abdelsamad .. he was very very helpful in through my stay .. any problem he just fix by himself Also Samir very friendly and helpful guy The room has nice view and clean The location is really perfect near haram 1 min The food is accepted but not a lot of variation Overall experience was really good Thanks a lot

The hotel’s location is amazing it’s literally overlooking the haram. The service was good and the staff there is very helpful. They upgraded the room for me to a better one because I had a problem. I would recommend this hotel if you want a hotel with a reasonable price very close to haram

Extremely extremely bad experience, congested room. No space to perform nafal prayer. No chair to sit and pray for disable personel. Broken lift. Over prized just because closae to masjid a nawabi. Wifi doesn’t work. Inside the room you wont get mobile net so no one can’t contact you if you are inside the hotel. What a mess. They say its a 4star. I wont give half of it.
