The best thing about this hotel is that it is just the opposite of Masjid e Nabwi. I don't prefer breakfast but instead arrange from outside. Rooms are not spacious.

This is definitely the worst hotel in madinah. I only got it because it is golden tulip, because I already stayed at golden tulip hotels a lot of times but the carpets were so bad and filthy and on the bed were crumbs of food it was disgusting I couldn't cancel because no hotels were empty they are also doing fake advertisements

Filthy hotel with dirty carpets, dirty bed sheets, very poor service. Very poor catering service. Honestly you'd feel that you're in a prison restaurant serving old bread with green moist on top...... . Staff would scream at people (pilgrims) as if they do to prisoners. The rooms are barely cleaned once a week and only if you tip house keepers.
I wonder why such hotel is still open to customers. Elsewhere, it should be closed for renovating and upgrading.

I gave 2 for the location facing one of Haram's doors, everything else was a disaster, you can ignore the equipment, the low budget repairs, iff done, the reception but you cannot ignore the rock made mattress, my friend slept on the ground the last two days, because it was more comfortable

Sadly, the atmosphere in Madinah is not the same as it was in 2016, or 2008. Other than becoming quite sick at this point of my travels in 2022, the views and making my single visit to the prophet's grave

was worth it. I sadly had to argue in Arabic (I don't know the local 'amiyyah dialect) with the hotel cleaner and then had to request management because the initial room assigned to us did not have AC as it was broken. I had to move my family to a different room at 2am. I had to wake up the females to ensure they were dressed appropriately before allowing management in for them to actually verify the AC did not work - which was a major annoyance.
