Extremely unprofessional especially the housekeeping. The cleaning is bad and very slow and they never come unless you call them 10 times. Today they started cleaning at 6pm and on top of that they forgot all their cleaning kit in the room and they tend to do this habit every time they clean. They leave their things in the room for 15 minutes take a stroll and then come back saying that they forgot it

Excellent Hotel, Service & Staff.
Make sure that you stay at the new building.
My only negative review would be regarding their Gym, it doesn't open 24hrs plus the ladies Gym is far where you have to exit the hotel and enter into the neighboring mall.

The service is really good, they welcomed me with a smile and good attitude. Although I had an incident while carrying a birthday cake they ruined it and replace it for me with another one free of charge and they apologized. The cleanliness is superior and the smell of the whole hotel was amazing and so relaxing.

Very comfortable & spacious room. Friendly, approachable & always with smile not only the front desk staff but all. Excellent breakfast & room service dining foods
