The service at the brasserie was amazing and Salim the manager was very helpful and he went the extra mile with his service. I also hear the same feedback on Salim from my other colleagues who stay at the hotel as he always engage with customers

Such a wonderful location in the city. The service is really personal at this hotel. Some rooms have not yet been renovated and that is why I gave it a 4 star

Easily the best hotel in Riyadh and one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.
The food quality is exceptional, the way they prepare shows that they care. The room is immaculate, absolutely gorgeous and spacious. The finish to the furnishing and the bath are all worth relishing.
The staff as well are very courteous, always checking if there's any need for assistance and always available

Luxury hotel in a superb location in the heart of Riyadh! The building is old but well maintained, reception staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Check in and out were really quick and effective.
