After paying a lot of money for Fawanees Ramadan buffet, we were harassed at our table a few times almost accusing us of not paying. We had to show our tickets 3 times which was embarrassing and ruined our experience. I was planning on taking my kids there but clearly the discrimination was vivid.

The best place for Iftar, a huge buffet where you can taste and enjoy the cuisine of every country in the world. A very beautiful ambience with a huge space. The entire staff was very supportive, particularly Mr Saleem and Mr Waleed. Had a great time

The whole team made me feel particularly welcomed and wanted. They were anticipatory and caring beyond what I would expect. The room was magnificent and styled in a warm and luxurious way. My stay was nothing short of perfect. From Ameen to Dir of Rooms Ahmed , the butler team doormen, bell personnel to housekeeping did provide fantastic service. Little issue with shower pressure and temperature was promptly addressed.
