Its always a pleasure being here in this hotel, seeing brother Aziz and the beautiful and welcoming Malika, i love the vibe they have, always supporting, smiling and welcoming,, very well experienced and have great customer care services. Riyadh is better with them I always look forward to be in this hotel to see them.
I hope everyone has the chance to meet them and deal with them.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Mandarin and I’ll give it a 10!!
I travel very frequently for business - over 5-6 months of the year and never had a butler service offered by the hotel!
The service was excellent and especially the Butler service and the butler assigned to my room, Mukhtar was very professional, respectful, attentive and made me feel at home. He prepared hot bath for me almost in every night which really made me feel refreshed and vitalized. Tea service and the attention to detail stood out! He prepared Lovely coffee and welcome drink and truly made my days memorable!!!

Currently staying in this hotel. Front desk are very polite and helpful. I had problem with room they changed immediately. Very clean and very good housekeeping & hospitality. If you stay in Riyadh it’s probably one of the best. Shopping mall next door and there is plenty restaurants & cafes. Breakfast was very good.

This luxurious hotel in central Riyadh offers a superb location. The well-maintained building has a friendly and knowledgeable staff who provide efficient check-in and check-out services. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing service standards set by the hotel staff which are unparalleled in the industry. Hotel Butler - Mr Ahmad took special care of each details.
