Slow check in, I have the voucher from travel agent and they tried to accommodate us in triple bed, good gesture but the room is not nice and old. Try to change, Second Lady at the reception did not ask much, smiling but don’t understand what the guest expectation. She want to charge me for extra bed if I request and they don’t believe me when I said it was book as twin with good view, anyway. I have major issue with the room and Hany Ahmed the Assistant Executive Housekeeper was apologizing for the issue, it was nice to have someone listening and accept it is happened and he explained what is the next step to prevent the same happening to another guest. Thank you Hany 🙏🏽

The location of the hotel is amazing. That’s about the only positive aspect of this hotel. The pictures of the rooms are NOT accurate. The rooms are extremely dated and old. They look nothing like the pictures (or maybe they did 20 years ago). Notice you cannot find any pic of the washrooms. Maybe on purpose?… it is very old and dirty and I cannot imagine how this hotel can get its rating. The checkin experience took us almost 2 hours despite arriving “off hours” close to midnight. There was only one person at the front desk. Another person was present but refused to step in and help his colleague, so too bad for the customers who have to wait. The breakfast buffet was extremely disorganized, there were dirty cups and papers everywhere so we decided not to eat there and went to a neighboring hotel restaurant. The hotel is located above a small mall, which has some food options and shops. This is convenient but makes access to the rooms all the more challenging since the elevators are not clearly identified. My dad got lost and took 4 different elevators before finally finding his room. Overall I do not recommend this place until they do a full renovation.

Definitely not a 5* hotel. the location is 5*, the cleaners are 5* and are very helpful. Breakfast is about 3* Everything else is 2* max (room, beds are poor, bathroom, key cards not working meaning you have to go to the main desk EVERY DAY to get it fixed!) Would recommend for the location but don't expect a 5* hotel.

Stayed here for 11 days and The house keeping service was extra ordinarily good throughout our stay, everyday total neat n clean Bath and Kitchen done by House Keeping. The attitude is very friendly and always be very nice especially Mr Rajon was so helpful, may it be anytime.

Be ready for the inexistance and (rude) reactions from employees. Reception is a joke , customer service is another joke. There is no shuttle service. They stopped it since covid, but it shows on all apps booking system. The city tour is not accessible there even if the qr code for trips is at the room. Go to Hilton hotel, the reception could help you with tour service. They are understaffed and disorganized and they don't care. Check-in really starts from 5 pm, so be ready to relax by the mosque after you leave your bags at concierge. important notes: ** breakfast was great so it's worth adding it. ** concierge people are nice and helpful. If you have any requests, just ask them. don't bother reception ** cleaning staff are nice and helpful, keep good contact. ** convenient store and Cafeteria in front of hotel were savers for late dinner and snacks.
