Had the breakfast buffet. There was a nice variety of Arab and western style food. The service was also excellent, with Fahd in particular very helpful.

It was a good experience over all. Fahid and Abdelhameed were very helpful and their service was perfect at the restaurant.

The room was always immaculate, and the staff was friendly and attentive. They made sure that everything was well stocked and that I had everything I needed. I was particularly impressed with how quickly they responded to my requests and how they always went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by the hotel team members. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. One of the best hotels i ever stayed in recently, i visited Medinah with my family from 26 to the 28 of July, we were received with a great welcome at the reception, the receptionist did her best to accommodate all our needs. Rooms are super clean , great room service at all times! Breakfast was amazing with lots of varieties, in addition to the great service offered during the meal by Fahad, very professional and polite, definitely will go back there in our next visit!

During Breakfast Omar was very helpful whatever we needed he got it and always with a smiling face. The breakfast had a lot of choices from hot to cold and a live chef. The hotel management was also very helpful and upgraded our rooms as we were a family. The location is exactly in front of the Masjid alnabawi and was easily accessible by foot. I want to thank everyone for making our stay more than perfect. Thank you!
