Very comfortable stay. Good thing is readily available parking. Approx 4 min walk to mosque. Overall a very good experience.

Hello, While the location was a perfect to Al Haram. However, I was not satisfied with the service provided during my stay. I booked my room through Booking.com and upon my arrival/check in the receptionist was rude to explain how the booking.com vs when paying on site work, as I came from a different country where things work differently. He seemed inpatient and after having long journey from the United States, I didn’t expect to be welcomed in a such manner. The first impression was not professional. Also, when I needed to find out information about the Suhoor, the person on the phone was very rude when I asked twice to clarify and get the number for the restaurant, he shouted that “he had told me many times”. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is the exceptional service I received at the restaurant where the staffs and manager were very accommodating, professional, and respectful. I am not sure if I can ever stay here again or recommend to others in the future. I really hope that the service improves because the location is very crucial to the holy mosque. Thanks.

Dear potential residents, I left the below review for the sake of the reward from Allah SWT as I was absolutely misled by the posted reviews and the hotel’s pictures ; all below reviews seems to be unrealistic as they are not representing the conditions of the hotel nor the level of service. First, the pictures that the hotel left in Booking.com for rooms do not represent the actual condition. The furniture was absolutely outdated and the carpet was fairly dirty and got bunch of stains. So if you were deceived like me, then make sure to check the room before attempting any payment. Second the tranquility, the air conditioning was annoying as it is very old one; and not to mention the ongoing construction work right beside the hotel. Third which is the most disappointed one and cannot be compromised that's the horrible staff that the hotel got. Since first moment we entered the hotel the receptionist disrespected us which was shocking. Also, the room cleaning service would not come and clean the room even you ask them to do they would say okay but eventually you would find you room just as you left it . I left one star for the nice manger at the buffet may Allah reward them for their nice job.

Spent 7 nights at Madinah Movenpick and the hotel was perfect in terms of service, location and price. Special callout to Mr. HAMMAD who took excellent care of us at the buffet. Excellent buffet with a love egg station, highly recommended.

Very nice and close to the holy masjid.close to the main street where you can easily find a taxi, the hotel is surrounded by alot of local stores for gifts
