Hotel in general is nice most of the staffs are very polite as well apart from the Arab girl that works at the reception very uncivilised and rude for no reason needs serious customer service training also the Asian man that works at the café as well no manners. Apart from those two everyone else very polite.

Great hotel clean and very friendly staff and responsive. The rooms were spacious, bathroom was clean and had lots of towels. WiFi was OK like most hotels to be expected.
Distance to Haram was around 15 to 20 mins depending on traffic. Due to the distance you could be spending at least 25 SR one way.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
