Very nice hôtel, from Desk people Very helpful. I wish they have a schedule to the Haram as it's bit fare.

Hotel not providing shuttle service to Al haram,
Free Parking available on site,
Shops at walkable distance

This hotel can be only 2 stars
Furniture is 40% quality
Service is not good
They are not doing the service on-time
All room are not soundproof.
TV channel are bad quality and only 13 channel's.
No any activities for kids.
And the most important point its a far from al haram and hard to get taxi with normal price.

Close to Al Haram, very clean and big rooms. Delicious breakfast and amazing view. One problem we had was extremely poor wifi speed in our rooms.

100% RECOMMENDED!
The staffs here were extremely helpful, polite, friendly and gave good service. The food here was also delicious. The environment was clean and it smelled nice. It deserves to be a 5 star hotel.
