Very far from Haram better take 3 star hotel near Haram. Customer service so so. No hair dryer in the room either kettle doesn't work. Not worth at all. For breakfast (suhoor) they don't allow taking coffee outside. Never will stay there again. Only the good thing is they have good breakfast which should be since you are charged 100 SR for it.

Amazing experience here, the staff has been quite exceptional, especially Miraj out front! He’s listened to any concerns I’ve had and quickly had them addressed!
The great mannerisms of the entire staff, and their willingness to listen to me and every member of my family here has truly made this a memory stay.
Will be recommending this place to my friends and family for their future visits!

Good room but many ladies were next to our room and a lot of noise from them from 8 pm to 8 am, so we couldn’t sleep over night and no one responded to stop them. Also, I called the reception more than 10 times and no one picked up the call. I recommend if you want to stay here do not include the breakfast because it is too crowded.

The hotel is great to stay with the excellent service we got and cooperative staff, although the hotel is a bit far from Haram but the hotel has shuttle buses every hour to/from Haram. The breakfast was quite good with a lot of varieties, the superior room where we stayed was spacious, it has a large double bed and a sofa bed, and it it can also fit an extra bed if needed. The room is clean and has all amenities like an iron and table, coffee and tea making utilities, big TV, very good air conditioner, …etc, in brief it was a great stay and we enjoyed it as a family.

Very Worst Shuttle Service, you won’t be able to go to haram and hotel easily,
The 2 o clock shuttle left before 1.45PM
2.30PM Shuttle TOOK OFF AT 3.00PM,
IF you are ready spend 1.15 hours waiting for bus and not doing salah, book this hotel
